Client Satisfaction
    Upon receipt please inspect the package before accepting and signing for it.
    If there is any damage done during transit, please make a note of it on the
    delivery record in order to minimise any disputes with Royal Mail.

    In the event that you recieve a damaged item you may return it to me for a
    refund minus shipping charges. Please mark the package "Return-damaged goods"
    and notify me via email before sending it back.

    You may also return the item in the event that you are not totally happy. If
    it was a commission you will recieve a refund minus the deposit and shipping;
    in other cases minus shipping. Please note that all refunds will be made in the
    same manner in which the original payment was made.

    Be assured that your privacy will be respected at all times. Any information
    you provide will not be divulged or shared with a third party for any reason.
